Agreement Term:

This agreement is valid for a period of one year from the date of signing, subject to renewal upon mutual consent. We Provide 4-5 platform for premium customers. 

1. Payment Mode:
   Franchisees are required to make a payment of ₹25,000 for the franchise. Payments must be made through legal online channels, as any form of cash payment is illegal and will be considered at the franchisee’s own risk. IIHBM is not responsible for any such payments made in cash.

2. Online Platform Access:
   As part of this agreement, IIHBM provides franchisees with access to an online platform. This platform is designed to promote your work as an educator, showcasing your expertise and services related to hair, beauty, and makeup.

3. Business Growth Opportunities:
   Franchisees will have the opportunity to grow their business under the IIHBM brand. Through access to a wide network of students and professionals, you will benefit from enhanced visibility and brand recognition.

4. E-Certificates for Franchise Students:
   IIHBM will issue electronic certificates (e-certificates) to all students enrolled through the franchise. These certificates will validate their training and completion of courses under IIHBM.

5. Yearly Tie-up and Promotional Activities:
   As part of the agreement, IIHBM will conduct 4-5 yearly promotional activities, written and showcased across IIHBM’s online platform by IIHBM educators. These initiatives are aimed at boosting franchisee visibility and promoting educational services.

6. Yearly Online Educational Classes:
   IIHBM will organize and provide yearly online educational classes covering various aspects of makeup, hairstyling, and related fields. These classes will be conducted by top industry educators, ensuring that both franchisees and students receive up-to-date knowledge and training.

7. Earnings from New Franchises and Student Enrollment:
   Franchisees are eligible to earn revenue by enrolling new students and bringing in new franchisees to the IIHBM network. Terms for revenue-sharing and commissions will be defined in a separate financial document.

8. ISO-Certified Certificates:
   All certificates issued by IIHBM to students will be ISO-certified, ensuring international standards of education and professional recognition.

9. No Refund Policy:
   Franchisees acknowledge and agree to a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for franchise fees, student enrollment, and other services provided by IIHBM are non-refundable.

10. Online Classes by Top Educators:
    Franchisees and their students will have access to exclusive online classes conducted by IIHBM’s top educators. These classes will cover advanced techniques and trends in the beauty and makeup industry, ensuring high-quality education.

11. Resend Artwork:
    In case of any corrections or modifications required in the provided educational materials, franchisees can request artwork or educational content to be resent with necessary adjustments.

12. Renewal and Termination:
    At the end of the one-year term, this agreement may be renewed upon mutual consent. Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice, subject to any obligations that remain outstanding.

IIHBM will have the right to any artist’s video or educational video or test video. IIHBM will also have the right to share the video on any social media platform.

Note: Any kind of cash payment is illegal. Please deposit online payment; otherwise, it is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for any such payment.
